Importance of Bakeware

When I first started baking, I was excited about having every baking pan known to man! I literally had a collection. Overtime all those bake pans got their fair share of use and over time they wore and tore. They were the cheap baking pans that were dark and promised non stick qualities.

Well they also didn’t last as long as I thought they would. They eventually chipped away and rusted slowly. Now they‘re being used to make clean up easier after transferring plants from their containers! LOL

After watching many tutorials and reading up on the importance of even heat distribution. I realized I needed to change most of my cake pans. I started investing in all aluminum bakeware! WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

No more burnt bottoms! No more domed Cakes! Instead better looking cakes and even baking throughout! I loved the difference so much, I even changed all my muffin pans!
